Your writing in Thirty Quiet Days is private. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain words.
What you write stays with us
Held texts, journal entries, prompt answers and quiz answers are encrypted in our database. They are never sent to analytics, advertising or email tools. Only event names and counts leave our database, for example “a text was held,” never what it said.
What we collect
- Your email address, to send your sign-in links and receipts.
- What you write in the app, stored encrypted, so it’s there when you come back.
- Usage events, such as which day of the program you opened, to improve the program.
- Payment details, handled by our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
The landing page demo
The “Hold it for 24 hours” demo on our home page stores nothing. The text stays on your screen and is never sent anywhere.
Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our ads: page views, checkout starts and purchases. We never send anything you write, your quiz answers, or anything about your safety to Meta or any advertiser.
Emails
Email subject lines never mention an ex or a breakup, because inboxes can be shared.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings and choose “Delete my account and data.” Everything is permanently deleted within 7 days. You can also email support@thirtyquietdays.lectro.app.
